Bella Vista Farmhouses are tucked on a cliff edge in the township of Xaghra and are so named because of their magnificent views of Marsalforn valley, the medieval citadel in Victoria and the rolling hills.

One finds four clusters of luxuriously converted country style houses each with a private entrance and a private swimming pool. We offer a selection of two, three and four bedroom farmhouses that boast a pleasing variety of fine architectural features. An internet café and a self-service laundry are also provided, close to the office.

Bella Vista Farmhouses are only a 10 minute walk from the village square, where one can find shops, wine bars and al fresco restaurants. The farmhouses are just 1 km away from Victoria (the capital city of Gozo) and 4 km away from the beaches of Marsalforn and Ramla. Each farmhouse has a fresh water swimming pool with mosaic tiles, where one can enjoy swimming with all the privacy. The pool deck area offers stunning views and a haven of relaxation in a tranquil environment. These beautifully furnished properties have stunning views over the undulating countryside towards the west of the island with the blue Mediterranean as a backdrop.

At the entrance, a hallway leads to combined living and dining area giving onto a nice sundeck with a good sized pool with unobstructed views beyond.

A fully equipped superb kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) and a spare bathroom complete the ground floor. Flat screen TV with cable reception DVD and free Wi-Fi are available in the sitting room area.

Four ensuite bedrooms of which three (a double and 2 twin beds) on the 1st floor, are very well furnished and enjoying the stunning views from private terraces accommodate 8 persons with ease. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor enjoys the largest terraces and the best views.

The bedrooms of The Blue House are equipped with Air-condition that is available to use at an extra cost with an automatic coin box system that it is installed in the property.

The properties are situated in a very popular village of Xaghra with its restaurants and an established café atmosphere. They are also within a short distance of the island’s main summer resort of Marsalforn, with its excellent swimming spots, restaurants, bars, and bustling summer crowds.

This superbly planned villas were designed and built to group specifications allowing for special detail and attention, resulting in lovely holiday homes equipped with modern facilities including Air-conditioning that can be used both for cooling and heating.
A hallway at the entrance leads to a large combined living and dining/ kitchen area, which is beautifully finished with patterned local tile floors, and overlooks the pool and garden area complete with sunbeds and Bbq.

The living room is equipped with cable flat TV, DVD player, Playstation and free Wi-Fi. This floor is served by a family bathroom and, for winter visitors a fireplace gives the living area a warm cosy atmosphere. A twin bedroom with ensuite is also located on the ground floor.
A traditional spiral stone stair case leads to the first floor which comprises of 2 bedrooms. The latter is served by a separate bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi bathtub and accessed through a hallway.

These top luxury five villas, sit at the edge of a hamlet right out in rural Gozo. Aesthetically constructed in beautiful local limestone, in the style of the surrounding houses, the villas blend perfectly with their rustic, serene neighbourhood.
